You must divide your thoughts into two separate categories.
1. Important thoughts.
2. Unimportant thoughts or extraneous thoughts.
You must have only the important thoughts in your mind and must always cut out all extraneous thoughts which might make you absent minded and foolish. such a mind will obstruct your success.
